REFUND POLICY

 

 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made on TradeEZ.com, you may cancel your Membership Plan at any time, in accordance with the following rules:

1. Monthly Membership - You may cancel your monthly Membership Plan at any time, however, there are NO REFUNDS.  You will continue to have access to the Membership Plan that you paid for during the remainder of the month.
 
2. Educational Courses, Materials, or Private Mentoring - There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for Educational Courses, Materials or Private Mentoring because all the information is delivered to you up front.
 
3. Annual Discounted Membership Plan or Bundles - You may cancel your Annual Membership Plan or Bundle at any time, however, there are NO REFUNDS.  You will continue to have access to the Membership Plan that you paid for during the remainder of the period included with your initial purchase.

 

4. You can cancel your TradeEZ membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the TradeEZ service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused TradeEZ content. To cancel, go to the "My Account" page and select the "Billing Info" tab and  under "Active Subscriptions" select the "Cancel" tab for any membership plan you wish to cancel. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, see "Purchase History" on the "My Account" page.
